LEASE APPLICATION
 
The purpose of this lease application is to have you, the applicant(s), supply Highest Point Real Estate with sufficient information to enable us to determine if we will rent to you. As part of the application prodecures, we may also obtain additional information related to you. You will not be considered for rental unless all questions on this form are answered in full. Furthermore, you will automatically be disqualified for rental if your total income per month is not at least three times the amount of rent.
 
THERE IS A $50.00 NON-REFUNDABLE (PER ADULT NO EXCEPTIONS) PROCESSING FEE, WHICH MUST TO PAID BY YOU BEFORE WE WILL PROCESS THIS APPLICATION. Should your application be denied, the application fee is still non refundable. We will dispute any chargebacks for application fees.
 
 
APPROVED APPLICANTS WILL BE ASKED TO PAY A SECURITY DEPOSIT. THIS PROPERTY WILL STILL BE ADVERTISED AND AVAILABLE FOR RENT UNTIL WE RECIEVE A SECURITY DEPOSIT IN FULL TO HOLD THE HOME. THE SECURITY DEPOSIT IS NON REFUNDABLE IF YOU SHOULD CHANGE YOUR MIND ABOUT RENTING THE HOME.
